Healing is an essential part of everyone’s journey. But what we might not realize is that we have always been whole and complete, despite what our mind tells us. Realizing this is the real healing we experience.

Every wound has a cure,
And every cure needs a wound.
They are both one and the same,
But the mind dwells on just the wound.
To heal means to become whole again,
To recognize the holiness in everything,
Especially the holiness in you.

Healing is not the absence of pain,
But rather the complete embrace of it.
Whatever story your mind creates,
Know that it is just a story, and nothing more.
You are not the victim.
You are not the sufferer.
You are not even the thought that creates the pain.
You simply are.

Let go of the past. It will not help you.
Let go of the future. It is only a thought.
But hold on to what is unfolding now,
And never let it out of your sight.
Because in this moment,
there is no healing required.
There is no pain at all.
What you experienced as pain
Is only a shadow.
Seek the shadow’s source,
And you will realize
You have always been whole and complete.

There is no cure for the restless mind.
No pill or potion that you can buy or take.
There is simply the recognition
That we can disentangle ourselves from the mind’s web
at any time.
This is the real cure.
When the imprisoned soul realizes
that the cell door has been open this whole time,
there is nothing more required
Than walking out to true freedom.

Healing is not something you do.
Rather, it is something that happens to you,
When you are brave enough to allow it.
For who is willing to surrender their thoughts?
Who is willing to accept true detachment?
This is the only way forward.
When you let go of the illusion
of identity and control,
Healing will gently remove
The veil that has covered your sight.
And what a Vision awaits…
