Boredom is a huge issue for a lot of us.
It can be uncomfortable, frustrating, and even depressing.
All of us experience boredom to different degrees, but some of us experience it more frequently or intensely than others.
And while nearly all types of boredom can make us feel restless or dissatisfied, there is a type of boredom that really needs to be addressed.
And that is a general boredom of life.
We all can be bored at a party or doing a task we don’t enjoy, but some of us unfortunately are so bored of existence that nothing can cheer us up or get us motivated.

We struggle to build or maintain our relationships. And we may even engage in risky or reckless behavior that impairs our overall well-being and that of others.
