Welcome to this guided meditation on following your heart.
In this session, we will focus on learning to trust your intuition, and the wisdom and direction it offers in your life.
Take a moment to find a comfortable position, whether that’s sitting or lying down. Allow yourself to settle into this space and take a deep breath through your nose, filling your lungs with fresh, clean air. As you exhale, release any tension or stress you may be carrying, letting it dissipate into the air around you.
As we begin this meditation, give yourself permission to let go of any thoughts, worries, or distractions that may be on your mind.
Perhaps you have a big decision to make or you need some sort of a direction on where to go next.
For the next few moments, though, allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.
Allow your awareness to settle into your body, feeling the weight of your body against the surface beneath you.
Take another deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel yourself sinking deeper into relaxation. Let any tension in your muscles to melt away as you sink deeper into a state of calm and peace.
